"The salary increase in May fails", Blushi: Mocking the law and the

The General Secretary of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, has reacted to the reasons given by the Minister of Finance, Delina Ibrahimaj, as to why the salary increase will not be approved even for the month of May.

Through a reaction on social networks, Blushi stated that this is a masquerade and a mockery of the law and the administration.

Ironically, he added that Ibrahimaj would not even be accepted as a math teacher, let alone as the Minister of Finance.

" Masquerade! What a mockery of law and administration! The salary increase was approved by a decision of the Assembly, but the Government does not distribute it because it does not have the calculations ready! Ibrahimaj would not even be accepted as a math teacher, not as Minister of Finance!", Blushi wrote.

" Given that there are over 200 institutions of the central administration that are affected by these decisions, but there are also over 130,000 employees, including those employed in health, education, and security whose salaries were approved in the month April.

Elaboration of decisions and application of decisions takes longer. This is also the reason why, in order to be more coherent and to cause as few delays as possible in receiving salaries, we have asked all budgetary institutions to prepare the necessary documentation in order for the salaries of the month of May in the first phase to pass as they were before the reform came into effect.

Taking into consideration here that some of the institutions, in fact, the heads of the institutions that are affected by the law that passed in the Parliament could apply the salaries, we decided that the salaries as a whole will go as they were in the month of May and in the meantime, with the clarification of the decisions, we will we instruct about the necessary documentation in order for the salary supplements to be applied either for the month of April or for the month of May", explained Ibrahimaj earlier.
