DP denounces SP for electoral violations in Delvina, Ina Zhupa demands closure

Democratic Party MP, Ina Zhupa, has accused the Socialist Party of violating electoral legislation in the city of Delvina.

According to her, the SP has opened an electoral office just 50 meters from the CEAZ, violating the regulation that requires a minimum distance of 300 meters.

Statement: 

I am located in the city of Delvina, here are the premises of the CEAZ for the Municipality of Delvina.

According to electoral legislation, each electoral office will have to be at least 300 meters away from the CEAZ and from voting centers.

In this environment, the CEAZ will be as it currently is, and there will also be 2 voting centers on election day.

The Socialist Party, its open list candidates, have violated electoral legislation and the instructions of the State Election Commissioner by opening an electoral office no less than 50 meters from the CEAZ.

So, as soon as you step down the steps of the CEAZ, you will see the Socialist Party propaganda awaiting voters on election day or the election administration during their work at the CEAZ.

This is prohibited by law and we ask the State Commissioner to immediately take measures to close this electoral office in the city of Delvina.
