Dutch police have discovered a quantity of 40 kilograms of marijuana in a house in Geleen, following an anonymous tip. According to foreign media, a police officer went to the scene and knocked on the door of the house, where he noticed suspicious behavior of several people. He requested reinforcements to verify the situation.
After the arrival of police forces, two individuals fled from the back of the house, trying to escape. Police managed to arrest a 28-year-old Albanian, while the second managed to escape.
During a detailed search of the apartment, authorities found 40 kilograms of hidden marijuana, while investigations into the identification of the second person and possible connections to the incident continue.
