DP responds to Rama: The Prime Minister admits that there is no document for 224

The Secretary for Legal Affairs in DP, Ivi Kaso, has responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding his statements about the property taken in Gjipe.

In a statement from the blue headquarters, Kaso said that Rama admits that there is no document for 224 thousand square meters of land taken in Gjipe, and contrary to what he claims, 13 hectares outside the main road and on the coast.

STATEMENT:

The elder of Surreli and the pirate of Gjipe was very hurt by the denunciation of the media and the Democratic Party for the next theft, this time as a 'strategic prime minister'.

Pursuant to the order of his "colleague" in SPAK, he has done a peaceful "intellectual" job to hide the crime, but in theft he always leaves one foot out. Especially when the thieves are over 2 meters tall.

In a long statement, Edi Rama tried to cover the sun with a sieve, but in fact he fell in with both feet. As he usually does, he cited himself, but no old or new cadastral document, much less any expropriation document, could be produced as evidence that 224 thousand square meters of land in the most touristic and panoramic area of the coast belonged to the Rama clan.

In this way, he admits that there is no cadastral registration act to prove that the land of 224 thousand square meters of land in the most panoramic and touristic area of the coast belongs to Petros and Barba Pilos. Likewise, he admits that there is no deed of expropriation of 224 thousand square meters of land belonging to Petro and Spiro Koleka to prove that this land was ever theirs.

Rama gets very tired of telling himself that his family members are also "eating plums behind his back", but he never gets tired of misinforming.

Where he says that his government has approved the property law, which does not recognize the court's decision as a legal document, he is deceiving. This legal provision was introduced as early as 2006, with an amendment by the 'Berisha government'.

He shows on Google Maps where 'Maja e Kolekajje' is, to give the impression that it is far from the sea, but does not show any of the maps used by his cousins, and his late mother, a party to the trial, not even the Court of Appeals to position the property.

It goes without saying that Rama hides the maps to expose the fraud.

He strongly emphasizes the fact that it is forest and pasture, while the cadastral record of all properties there, above and below the road to the sea, is forest and pasture.

Even here it deviates and lies because, even if they are forest and pasture, it does not mean that they are far from the coast. Many of the resorts on the South coast have been built right where there used to be forests and pastures.

In the 224 thousand square meters of land acquired by Rama, through his late mother or Endri, over 13 hectares according to VKM are below the national road, i.e. close to the sea. What is known is that along the entire length of the coast, 13 hectares below the Vlorë-Himarë national road, categorized as pasture and forest, have remained in the Gjipe canyon.

Edi Rama can engage in ordinary vocabulary to cover thefts as prime minister. Apparently, just as it entered, through insults and fraud, it will also exit politics. With the only difference that he entered by attacking the power of others and will come out defending his own corruption and that of his biological and political family.

The Democratic Party has made the documents public and it remains for SPAK to receive them and start investigations. If they are lazy, don't care, or consider it an intellectual crime difficult to investigate, or as they claim 'they don't have staff', we prepare them as we have done with hundreds of other files.

If they hope that Taulanti will take this denunciation to you, it is another matter...
