Why don't salaries and pensions increase? PD: 34 million euros will be given for two years to the Incinerator of Tirana, which does not exist

The Democratic Party accuses the government of continuing to give billions of lek from the state budget for an incinerator that does not exist amid the economic crisis.

The member of the DP National Council, Jamarbër Malltezi, in a statement to the media, said that in the 2023 Budget Project, the Tirana Incinerator will continue to receive payments from the taxes of Albanians for a further 34 million euros for the period 2023-2025.

According to this, it is pure theft and one of the reasons why salaries and pensions do not increase.

Albanians are facing the worst economic crisis, rising prices, rising oil prices and profound governmental indifference.

There is no light at the end of the tunnel as long as Edi Rama continues to give billions of lek from the state budget for an incinerator that does not exist.

Today we will talk about the fund foreseen in the Budget Project of 2023 where, despite the deep economic and social crisis, the Incinerator of Tirana will continue to receive payments from the taxes of Albanians for another 34 million euros for the period 2023-2025.

We are talking about an incinerator which does not exist and does not even have FOUNDATIONS, for which almost 100 million euros have been given from the state budget so far.

A pure theft in the eyes of all Albanians, but also SPAK, which is still afraid to react.

Consequently the questions arise;

A kishte ndonjë arsye pse Rama – Veliaj – Mërtiri - Zoto duhej të merrnin:

1.    Edhe Landfillin e ndërtuar me para publike,

2.    edhe qindra miliona euro për incenerator fantazmë,

3.    edhe monopolin për dherat që është mall me vlerë,

4.    edhe monopolin për hedhjen e inerteve,

5.    edhe monopolin për mbetjet e riciklueshme duke falimentuar dhjetëra kompani e nxjerrë ne rruge qindra të punësuar?

Kjo foto tregon vendin e krimit ku përpihen qindra miliona euro për incenerator që nuk ekziston.

Ndërkohë, prej 3 vitesh Erion Veliaj në kundërshtim me ligjin, takson banorët me 29 euro për ton mbetje, 17 euro më shumë për ton sa kohe që nuk ke incenerim por depozitim dhe mbulim me dhe’.

This is the reason why teachers' salaries do not increase, doctors' and nurses' salaries do not increase, pensions do not increase, because hundreds of millions of euros must go to the accounts of the mafia of incinerators headed by Edi Rama.

The Democratic Party calls on SPAK to act on a mega-theft of over 105 million euros to date and which will continue with 34 million euros over the next 2 years.
