Artan Hoxha leaves SPAK after 3 hours: I submitted an audio recording

Journalist Artan Hoxha's stay at the Special Prosecutor's Office lasted about 3 hours.

In a statement to the media with journalists, Hoxha stated that he submitted a 34-minute audio-interception material, which are communications of the Republic Guard before the moment of the murders, during the moment of the murders and after.

According to him, the murders happen within 7 seconds, as the order was given within that time and then it was stopped.

Hoxha stated that there are also senior leaders of the state who have communicated with the leaders of the Guard. The journalist further added that the Prosecutor's Office will evaluate the validity of this material and what it will serve them for.

"SPAK has started the case. One of the elements that the prosecution requested is a tape with audio-interception, before the moment the murder happened, during the moment it happened and after. It is the moment when the orders were given by the commanders of the Guard on January 21. It has been said that there is no server where all the radio communications of Garda leaders are recorded. The court then ruled that everything happened out of negligence and there was no communication.

Through this tape it becomes clear that not only was there communication, but communication between the leaders of the guard, it is a routine communication that takes place between them, in the moment before the murders took place, during the murder and after the murder, a communication that seems very cold , as if nothing happened. It is a 34 minute material. All radio communications are heard. It was recorded on a voice recorder, by someone who had access to the channel where senior Garda officials communicated. They are the communications at the time of the murders. The moment that people fixed when the murders happened, is only 7 seconds. Within 7 seconds the order to open fire is given and in the 7th second the order to stop is given. If the shooting had lasted 30 seconds, there would have been a massacre. Senior leaders of the state who have communicated with the leaders of the Guard appear there. The prosecution will assess the validity of this material and what it will serve them for.

There it became clear that the murders were not only ordered, but the order came from above and the order was given with the greatest coolness. The order has been given to fire and the next order has come to stop. If the shooting had lasted more than 7 seconds, there would have been a massacre, not that the massacre didn't happen, but if it had lasted 30 seconds, it would have happened," said Hoxha.
