Gentian Bejtja has again escaped an assassination attempt with a firearm, an event that happened shortly after in his apartment in the village of Larushk in Kruja.

This time, the bullets that were allegedly aimed at Bejtjan took the life of his brother-in-law Ramazan Sino and wounded his son Alvi Bejtja.

Who is Gentjan Bejtja?

Gentjan Bejtja is a well-known name to the police, as together with Enver Stafuka, they were the people who stole the car used for the murder of Chief Commissioner Dritan Lamajt in February 2013.

Enver Stafuka has been missing for 8 years. He was kidnapped outside a bar and nothing is known about his fate.

Also, in September 2016, an assassination attempt was organized against him with tritol. Bejtja was traveling in his "Tuareg" type car, with license plate "AA 020 BH", in the village of Nikël i Krujës, when the explosive exploded from under the vehicle, seriously injuring his leg.

He managed to escape the assassination attempt due to the small amount of explosives placed, which later, the investigators described as a warning.

Gentjan Bejtja was shot with a firearm together with citizen Klodian Stafuka on the evening of January 9, 2022.

They were shot while driving near the school in the village of Larushk in the area of ​​Fushë Kruja, while Bejtja was wounded in the arm.
