KLGJ approves online system for diaspora voter complaints, review within 48

The High Judicial Council has approved the use of the "Microsoft Exchange Server" platform, which will enable the online submission of requests by voters voting outside the territory of the Republic of Albania.

According to the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice, requests from voters from the diaspora will be sent to the official address [email protected], while the review and decision-making will also be carried out through "Microsoft Teams", within 48 hours of registration in the electronic case management system.

The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Tirana has been charged with the implementation of this decision. The decision has been published on the official website of the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Tirana and will enter into force upon publication in the Official Gazette.
