 The most problematic point? The area near the flour factory, where the new overpass is located that was supposed to ease traffic.

Instead of shortening travel time, the project that was promoted as a solution seems to have further complicated the movement.

Lane narrowing and confusing entrances and exits have led to massive congestion during rush hours.

Citizens around the Astir area encounter a minimum of 30 minutes of traffic on this road every possible day they travel.

And as Tirana grows, the infrastructure solutions that were supposed to make life easier are making it more difficult.
