The head of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, said in a press conference that the vote recount process for the Fier and Tirana Regions will begin next week.

Celibashi said the process could begin on Monday or Tuesday. According to him, the recount will take place at the Farie Hoti Sports Palace.

"I am providing some technical information. This process will be carried out by CEC staff, in contrast to this process developed after the end of voting and the result is announced, which as a process is carried out by counters and commissioners appointed by political parties.
