The condition of 58-year-old Albanian Fatos Cenaj found wounded with a bullet to the head in a village in Italy is stable, but still very serious for life.

Until a few years ago he was a prison guard in Albania, then two and a half years ago he joined his wife in Fontaniva who works as a guardian.
