Chris Brown reveals the unseen side of fame: I go underground to feel like an

Famous American singer, Chris Brown, has shared with his followers a personal story about how he copes with the pressure of fame and the impact it has on his mental health. In a post on Instagram, the artist revealed that he often chooses to secretly go out in the cities he is in, to feel for a few moments what he calls "human normality."

"I like to sneak out alone when I'm in different cities. It helps me feel human and normal. This is very important for my mental health, because I can't walk around freely during the day. It helps me stay grounded," Brown writes.

He adds that isolation from normal daily activities and the lack of freedom to move around like everyone else can drive you crazy. “There’s a lot of pressure in this life I live, and if I don’t find ways to protect myself, it’s easy to lose control,” the artist adds.

Brown's story comes at a time when more and more international stars are speaking out about their mental health and the struggles of being in the spotlight. These stories are serving as a call for greater understanding and awareness of the emotional challenges that often lie behind the smiles on stage.
