The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during the press conference was also asked about the trial for the "Partizani" file. Berisha said that despite the fact that the Court has set June 30 for the hearing of the case, Berisha and Malltezi themselves, as well as the defense, do not yet have the decision made by the judge who sent the case for trial. 

Berisha described this as an inappropriate act, while stating that all other matters will be determined in consultation with the defense. 

"First, my comment is just this: personally, we, the interested parties, and the defense team do not have the decision made by the judge who sent the case for trial. We do not have the decision. Can you imagine? This also happens.
Everything else will be determined by the consultation with the lawyers, which is outside this room," Berisha declared .
