"Miss Metamorphosis"/ Berisha: EP report stigmatizes Rama, Spiropali and Troplini for the electoral farce

"Miss Metamorphosis"/ Berisha: EP report stigmatizes Rama, Spiropali
Sali Berisha

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, responded this Thursday to the Speaker of Parliament Elisa Spiropali regarding her accusations against the opposition that the latter is against the process of Albania's integration into the EU.

During a statement to the media, Berisha called Spiropali's accusations scandalous, while also focusing on the report that the European Parliament is expected to approve in July of this year.

According to Berisha, the report's introduction refutes the majority's deception that the opposition is against the integration process. Berisha says that the European Commission and the European Parliament confirm that the opposition fully supports integration.

The leader of the Democratic Party also states that according to the report, the elections were unequal, and that state resources were widely used for the electoral campaign by the ruling party.

According to Berisha, the report accuses Rama of creating an electoral state, a fundamental condition for turning the electoral process into an electoral farce.

Berisha's full statement

Miss Metamorfosa, who every fiction and deception that her Skanderbeg conveys, thanked in an act of extreme hypocrisy for the report that the European Parliament will approve in July of this year for Albania.
When you have no skin, you know no boundaries, you know no standards, you know no criteria. If there are people in this report who are personalized, not by name, but by deeds, they are Edi Rama, Miss Metamorfosa and Altin Troplini.

These are the three most prominent characters in the report, and let me take them in turn.
Edi Rama is being criticized because he created the electoral state. The report that is being submitted to the European Parliament refers point by point to the first paragraph of the report of the OSCE/ODIHR, the European Parliament delegation, and the Council of Europe delegation, which states that the elections were held under unequal conditions.

Equality in the electoral campaign is the criterion of all criteria for fair elections or elections that respect international principles.  But the report stigmatizes Edi Rama not only because it states that the field was unequal, but because it says that state resources were widely used for the electoral campaign by the ruling party.
So, the report accuses Edi Rama of having created the electoral state and this is a fundamental condition for turning the electoral process into an electoral farce.

Here's what Pëllumbesha Spirogjoka greets.  But we'll go a little further.  Unscrupulous and trapped, the time when reports were written in Edi Rama's offices is over.  In a completely different time...

The report, which begins with a rebuttal, refutes the unscrupulous deception of Edi Rama and Miss Metamorfoz that the opposition is allegedly against the integration process.  The European Commission and the European Parliament confirm that the opposition fully supports integration.

But the report stigmatizes Edi Rama as a man who concentrates all power in his own hands.
It is emphasized several times that the separation of powers is a fundamental principle that is not respected in Albania, specifically by parliament.

Of course, Brussels knows that she is a miserable puppet who reads stale statements.  But Brussels knows that if there is a person number one responsible in Albania for trampling on the decisions of the Constitutional Court, without which there is no rule of law, as the superior instance in the protection of the Constitution and the European Convention on Human Rights in accordance with the Constitution.

The Convention has a court in Strasbourg, but every Constitutional Court must apply those principles because they are embodied in the country's Constitution.
