The head of the DP's Examination Department, Lili Sula, has denounced the scandal with the state matura exams, where theses were made public just a few minutes after the testing began.

'The scandal with the state matura, a failure of the education system,' emphasized Sula during a statement to the media from the blue headquarters.

The scandal of the release of national exam theses was repeated this year. The release of the Foreign Language and Albanian Language and Literature exam tests, in the first minutes of the exam, is the worst ordeal offered to high school graduates, it is the ugliest spectacle offered to society.

The equality of all students in the exam is guaranteed by law and has been regularly violated by the ministry, which does not provide transparency and does not punish those responsible for this latest scandal. The ministry turns the passing of the thesis into a norm and standard and blesses the failure of the state matura through the statement that ''the exam is being held with the highest standards of security and transparency in accordance with the state matura regulation...''.

There is no country in the region or in Europe that considers the release of exam theses normal and feels proud of the "conformity" between written rules and practical implementation.

The Ministry of Education overturned the process of state matriculation tests, the organization and management of the tests, as well as the assessment of students, into maturity assessments on how to distribute copies, how to cheat and steal, telling high school graduates that the one who breaks the rules, the one who copies the most, wins.

Everything we expected has happened - the legalization, the re-legalization of the immoral and unethical, the re-legalization of the farce of our students' graduation.

Here is another strong incentive for students to leave Albania. Is there a worse lesson than this failure, for students, the best, the excellent ones, to run after applications to leave our universities and study abroad!

The national baccalaureate this year once again certified the state's maturity to steal and deceive, certified the complete lack of responsibility for results in education, reaffirmed the deep collapse of the system, what international experts have emphasized for years, a collapse for which this party-state has worked.
