An Albanian citizen has been declared wanted by the Greek police, after he was filmed raping a public cleaning worker in Athens. The serious incident happened late on Saturday night in the Agios Nikolas area and went viral on social networks, after it was recorded by an amateur camera.

According to reports from the Greek media, the incident started when a vehicle with three young people stopped behind a cleaning car that was working on the road. Cleaning workers asked travelers to wait until the cleaning process was complete, but the situation immediately became tense. The three young men got out of the car and one of them, identified as an Albanian citizen, physically attacked one of the workers.

Footage of the violence has been widely shared on the network, causing anger and harsh reactions from citizens and local authorities. The Greek police have identified the main perpetrator of the attack and are pursuing him, while work is being done to fully clarify the circumstances of the event and identify the other people involved.
