Scandal in Lezhë/ The apartment is covered by sewage

Tonight, the investigative show "Tak-Fak" dealt with the story of Përparim Dragoi, a resident of Lezha, who lives in an apartment with his family, even though it has become uninhabitable since September last year. All this situation happened after all the pipes that discharge the sewage of the building have enabled all the remains of the neighbor's apartment, who lives above, to enter the house and take over the walls.
