The repentant justice official, Artan Tafani, continues his testimony at the Criminal Court of Kosovo regarding the crimes committed. Tafani has also confessed, among other things, how he carried out the assassination attempt on Kujtim Meta.

He says that he carried out the assassination in collaboration with Laert Haxhiu and the latter's friends. He says that Kujtim Meta was killed after he raped Laert's father. Tafani says that it was Laert who had hatched the plan, while Tafani himself would put it into practice.

"Laertes' father had started the conversation. He even said we should kill him. He had beaten Laertes' father with his fists. He wanted to kill him with a knife because if he had been shot, it would have been clear that Laertes had done it. Dorian the Deaf had come, an acquaintance of ours, Laertes' friend from Belgium. Dorian was guarding the car and communicating with Laertes. Laertes had made the plan, I would hit him."

"Memory, the victim was sitting in a bar, next to the counter in front. I fired a gun at him. As soon as I hit him, he jumped off the chair. Then I shot him again. I shot the 8 bullets I had. As he was running across the cement, I shot him, as soon as I ran out of bullets. I also shot him from behind. When the bullets ran out, I ran away. I tried to aim at him. As I heard on the news, he had grabbed him in the stomach. I ran away from there, crossing the train tracks on foot. Lulzimi was waiting for me behind there.
