Albanian from Kosovo joins the protest: When Albania is not well, neither am I

Albanians from Kosovo have also joined the massive protest that is expected to begin in the capital.

Shortly before the start of today's rally, a citizen from Kosovo explained the reasons for his presence at this protest and issued strong accusations against the political class in Albania.

He said that the difficult situation the country is in has pushed him to travel to Tirana to support the protesters.

"I am here to say a few words to Rama. I am here because Albania is not doing well. I am here and I hope and believe until the end that the criminals who have been extorting it from the government for 30 years will leave. Shame on Rama and his gang," he told News 24.

The protester emphasized that the connection between Albanians from both countries makes the pain and concern for the fate of the homeland shared.

"When Albania is not doing well, I am not doing well either. It is normal for a Kosovo Albanian to come here, I come to support my brothers and sisters until the end. Those in power have stolen enough," said the citizen.
