Scandal in Belgrade, passengers on the Belgrade - Tirana line are locked inside

A scandal has been recorded in Belgrade where Air Serbia passengers on the Belgrade - Tirana route were left inside a bus without air conditioning for more than 1 hour.

The video was published by journalist Blendi Fevziu on his Instagram page. Attached to the video, Fevziu also shared the message of the complainant, who says that there were also children on the bus who had a hard time due to the lack of air.

According to the complainant, the passengers broke the windows because neither the Serbian police nor the bus driver came to her aid.

"We waited for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes with the doors closed in a bus full of people. I started to panic because we had air and opened the upper windows of the bus, however, due to the temperatures and the many people in the bus, it was impossible to get enough air. People started to revolt and hit the windows with their fists at once, hoping that someone would hear us. We were drowning... the children were crying. The ugliest and most inhumane sight I have ever seen was when the Serbian police and the bus driver approached the bus and saw how we were asking for help to open the doors and did nothing. At one point, my 13-year-old daughter took the emergency device for breaking windows and broke the glass of the door. At that moment, we started to get air," the complainant's message says.
