Actor David Killick passes away

British actor David Killick has passed away at the age of 87, after a short illness.

The sad news was confirmed by his agent in a public statement, saying that he passed away on July 4 in North London.

Killick became known to the general public for his recurring role as a pathologist in the hit crime series “A Touch of Frost,” starring alongside British television legend David Jason. He also appeared in the fifth season of Netflix’s historical drama “The Crown,” playing a Mess President.

Born in 1938 in Edmonton, Middlesex, Killick enjoyed a long and eventful career, which included work in television, theatre, radio and dubbing.

He appeared in many popular British series such as “Midsomer Murders”, “The Bill”, “Shakespeare & Hathaway”, “Without Motive”, “Shelley”, “Lovejoy”, “Moving Story” and others.

David will be remembered not only for his talent and contribution to the arts, but also for the kindness, humility, and love he showed for his profession and his collaborators.

His departure has left a huge void in the world of British theatre and television.
