Action to free up space, 54-year-old man prosecuted for turning public land in

A public space illegally occupied and converted into a private parking lot in the Astir area was vacated by the authorities today.

 The operation was carried out by Police Station No. 6 in cooperation with the Municipal Police and the Inspectorate of Territorial Protection (IMT).

After patrols and verifications carried out on the ground, illegal occupations were found on "Teodor Keko" street, where a public area had been turned into a closed parking lot for vehicles.

 The parked vehicles were towed, while the person responsible was criminally prosecuted.

This concerns citizen FM, 54 years old, against whom proceedings have been initiated while at large for the criminal offense of "Land Invasion", according to the police announcement.
