After Fier, Rama "landes" in Durrës, dismissals expected

Prime Minister Edi Rama has arrived in the municipality of Durrës, just a few hours after holding a meeting with local leaders in Fier.

He was received by the mayor, Emiriana Sako, and is holding a meeting with heads of institutions and local directors.

Before Rama's arrival, Durrës MPs also arrived in the city, while the municipality took action to clear public spaces, part of the measures that seem to be continuing in this city as well.

This action follows a series of interventions by the head of the executive in local government, which began in Vlora and then in Fier, where Rama has requested the resignation of directors and heads of institutions who, according to him, have not fulfilled their duties and have not shown accountability.
