A plot of narcotic plants was discovered in a hidden area in the village of Mazhë, Kruja, during an aerial drone control. The incident was detected on July 7 and was announced today by the Tirana Police.

According to the official announcement, 12 plants suspected of being Cannabis Sativa were found in this area, which were destroyed at the scene by burning.

There are currently no people detained in connection with this case.

"Yesterday, during drone checks, it was found in the village of Mazhe, an environment where 12 suspected narcotic Cannabis Sativa plants were cultivated, which were destroyed by burning," the police announced.
