Pacolli Rama letter: Unified to oppose Dick Marty report, sponsored by Russia

The President of the Alliance "Kosova e Re", Behgjet Pacolli has addressed a public letter to the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, regarding the report of Dick Marty.

Pacolli says Kosovo and Albania should lead an information and diplomatic campaign about the deep impunity of war crimes committed by Serbia in Kosovo.

According to him, Dick Marty's report was the result of a disinformation and political campaign sponsored by Russia and Serbia to attack the independence of Kosovo and the KLA.

"Our nation, our history and our struggle for liberation and independence are under attack. Together and unified we must respond," Pacolli wrote, among other things.

Full post:

Through a letter, I asked the Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama to lead a broad national effort to diplomatically oppose the Dick Marty report and together the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Albania to lead an information and diplomatic campaign about the deep impunity of war crimes committed by Serbia in Kosovo.

Dick Marty was the result of a disinformation and political campaign sponsored by Russia and Serbia to attack the independence of Kosovo and the KLA.

The indictment against President Thaçi and others did not include any part of Dick Marty's report, so this report through a judicial institution was rejected and this shows that the report was only a political tool by Russia and Serbia to attack Kosovo.

This requires a challenge from within the Council of Europe (where Albania is a member) where Dick Marty's report came from.

We need Albanian-led diplomatic action that would oppose Dick Marty's fabricated report to the Council of Europe, but would also address the demands for a war crimes investigation by Serbia into Kosovo, most importantly the concealment of missing persons.

Our nation, our history and our struggle for liberation and independence is under attack. Together and unified we must respond.
We can not accept that a Court established by the Assembly of Kosovo to offer amnesty for war crimes committed by Serbia in Kosovo and to change the historical narrative of our country according to the language and mentality of Serbian prosecutors.
We have created institutions that should deal with justice, but justice in The Hague is betraying the people of Kosovo, trying to grant amnesty for Serbian war crimes in Kosovo and changing the position of the victim to aggressor.

We can not tolerate this.
We must act.
