SP candidates who received the most votes but could not enter the Parliament

Some candidates, despite receiving a high number of votes in the May 11 elections, will not be able to enter the Assembly. The reason for this is the gender quota, which in this case has favored three women to receive the mandate of MP.

In Berat, analyst Julian Zyla came in third on the open list, but he cannot enter the Assembly. According to the Electoral Code, Hatixhe Konomi will benefit, even though she received 1,200 fewer votes than Zyla.

The same situation is in Durrës. Ilir Ndraxhi received 1900 more votes than Etleva Budini, but the latter will receive the mandate.

Arian Jaupllari is penalized in Korça, even though he received 10 more votes than Besa Spaho. However, the latter secures the mandate of MP.
