This was Rama's ultimatum at the meeting with the mayors of the developed country in Durrës. Rama demanded an irrevocable dismissal.

"Here are also some of the leaders of other forces, as for the leaders of the SP, all the heads of administrative units must be dismissed, all of them. I hope that on Monday all the heads of administrative units will be dismissed ," Rama declared.

Rama warned of further dismissals in the municipalities of Elbasan and Lushnja. He also openly criticized the mayor of Elbasan, Gledjan Llatja, telling him that with 10 mandates in Elbasan, he should not sleep so much, but feel the burden and responsibility.

"The mayor must be aware of every brick that is laid in the city. If the mayor has his eyes half open and half closed, those under him have their eyes closed, as they had in the municipality of Vlora. In the Municipality of Elbasan, and in that of Lushnja, the same thing must be done as in the municipalities where so far the complete suspension, the dismissal of all directors has been done. This whole tree must be shaken, because 10 mandates in Elbasan are a burden that has taken away from me even those hours that I was sleeping. We are not stronger, with 83 mandates, we are more exposed to responsibility and the people who have given us these mandates who expect 10 times more from us. What will you give to Elbasan if you leave the grass in the cemetery? We can find excuses, but they are worthless," said Rama.
