Fires in the country, 4 fires still active, what is the situation?

During the last 24 hours, 37 fires have been reported, of which 4 are still active and 2 are under monitoring, the Ministry of Defense announced. 

The situation in the respective regions is presented as follows:

Dibër County – In the place called "Livadhi i Peladhisë", Zerqan administrative unit, Bulqizë municipality, the fire was of low intensity and there was no risk of spreading to forested areas.

Dibër - In the place called "Lake of Flowers", part of the Lura National Park, work has continued to extinguish the fire that broke out in a forest area with pine trees and meadows.

Tirana Region – In the village of Zambish, Lekaj administrative unit, Rrogozhina municipality, a fire has broken out in an area with oak trees. In the village of Rrostej, Sinaballaj administrative unit, Rrogozhina municipality, a fire has broken out in an area with bushes and thorns.

Gjirokastër County – In the village of Piskovë, Piskovë Center unit, Përmet municipality, where a fire has broken out in a waste dump. Today, there is only a small fire in the center of the dump, which is burning internally and there is no risk of further spread.

Vlora Region – Work has continued to extinguish the fire that broke out in the area called "Sotiran" between the villages of Tragjas and Dukat, Orikum administrative unit, Vlora municipality, in an area of ​​bushes, brambles and pine forest. Today, the situation in Sotiran is being monitored as there is smoke.

In total, about 52 hectares of vegetation have been burned by the fires, mainly in areas with trees, bushes and grass.
