This is the testimony given by security officer Fehmi Çullhaj, who was arrested by Tirana police on charges of "Abuse of office".

According to the investigations conducted, Çullhaj was arrested after leaving the bank door open and leaving in the internal toilet.

At this exact time, the still unidentified person easily entered the bank with a gun on his head and a suspected toy gun, and headed towards the cashier's counter.

Here he managed to take an amount of euros that has not yet been determined by the police (but is believed to be somewhere around 10 thousand euros) and left again through the door he had entered.

During this entire time interval, the bank security employee stayed in the bathroom, failing to perform the task of closing the exterior door from inside the bank.

According to Tirana police, everything happened due to the arbitrary actions of Fehmi Çullhaj, who did not implement the security protocol for closing the door from the inside.
