The leader of the Democrat Party, Sali Berisha, has published several messages that, according to him, were sent to administration employees to participate in an organization in Vlora, which he has called an anti-rally against the civic revolt of recent days.

"Dear friends, Edi Rama, in response to the civic revolt in Tirana, is planning an anti-rally in Vlora tomorrow! I condemn with the greatest force this ugly act identical to the anti-rallys of Enver's volunteers after the toppling of the statue of Enver Hoxha in Skanderbeg Square. I call on the citizens of Vlora, regardless of their political beliefs, to boycott with contempt his anti-rally as a divisive anti-democratic act ," Berisha writes.
