The candidate of the 'Together We Win' coalition, Belind Kelliçi, has reacted to the arrest warrant issued by SPAK for the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako.

It is learned that SPAK has signed 10 arrest warrants in connection with a file related to a construction permit for a building without a permit granted almost 11-12 years ago and which was damaged by the 2019 earthquake. 

In a post on FB, Këlliçi writes ironically that SPAK sees the floors without permission in Durrës, while 7 floors without permission in the heart of Tirana, in Skënderbej Square, only 100m away from Erion Veliaj's office, is not seen.

"It's a big surprise that SPAK recognized 4 floors without a permit in Durrës, but has not yet seen 7 floors without a permit in the heart of Tirana, in Skënderbej Square, just 100m away from Erion Veliaj's office.

SPAK same as Veliaj, I didn't see closely.

Let them apply the same standard of justice in Tirana as well. Not with two gates ", writes Kelliçi.
