Rama's SPAK and Robespierre's GUILLOTINE

Rama's SPAK and Robespierre's GUILLOTINE

By Luciano Boçi

It has been a while since SPAK, with its political actions and legal inactions, has been putting a stamp on the times we are living in.

Someone talks about the end of impunity, someone about a new order of justice and someone about an Albania under reform.

This is the part of propaganda, what is sold and what is fed to the public today.

While the truth is clouded, camouflaged, it is probably somewhere far away.

The question that arises today more than ever is what is justice today?

Justice is equal punishment and blind, vengeful punishment or is it a process of establishing it?

What is SPAK, in terms of its creation? Was it created as a natural necessity of the evolution of society in relation to law, or was it polled by politics as a mechanism of power and political "terror"?

Is SPAK the last institution or is it a detachment?

Is it a political punitive body, or a legal accuser?

Seen from the inside, the process of creating SPAK results in political one-sidedness, and if we start from the only honest moment of a chronic fraud such as Rama, SPAK turns out to be the offspring of SP.

This is enough to understand the answers to other questions accompanied by facts.

Rama needed a "guillotine" for his rule and the project started in 2013 has taken shape and is bearing fruit.

His vengeful dream of eliminating Berisha and PD is being attempted. And in this situation, the "revolutionary court" of Robespierre's model and why not the "popular court" of Hoxha, with the aim of eliminating counter-revolutionaries, in other words counter-revivalists, is acting.

In the case of Berisha, SPAK wants to show the power of the government, by overriding the parliament and the constitution and setting up political investigations against the opponents of the regime with the aim of guillotining them.

The cases of its own collaborators where the selection is evident, reinforce the conviction of Rama's formatting of SPAK as a punitive body.

And it's all covered with the rhetoric of new justice and the end of impunity, rhetoric that essentially conveys political revenge.

As a counter-argument, the people near Rama spread the news that it is Rama's turn at SPAK.

It is not a fact or a wish, but an intuition about the end of the road that Rama has entered.

Although Rama carries a series of penalties related to spectacular criminal abuses, today he feels calm and seems unconcerned.

SPAK does not dare to mention his name today.

And yet history is stubborn. She repeats herself.

Robespierre, the "king of terror" and passionate about the guillotine, ended up in the guillotine himself.

His name is closely associated with the French Revolution.

Jacobin lawyer Robespierre was the inspiration and creator of the "reign of terror" 1793-1794. A good orator and born lawyer, he with his own initiative and will went to the guillotine almost all his political opponents and some of his closest collaborators, in the name of justice.

Wearing a mask of innocence and hypocrisy, he spoke passionately about equality, liberty and brotherhood.

But above all he loved the guillotine, in other words revenge. He was so tempted by revenge, within which he lived the ecstasy of the revolution, that in the end he himself fell prey to it.

He was happily executed in the guillotine by his collaborators and opponents.

In a way, he is the most typical forerunner of modern and non-modern dictatorships that kill and imprison under the guise of freedom and justice.

He embodies the fate of all autocrats who sow death in the name of life, who install injustice, shouting justice, who want to eliminate the opponent in the name of political peace.

Their end is the "guillotine" by their own spawn and supporters.

The fate of the guillotine instinctively attracts Rama as a temptation to thanatos and as the finality of his tragic-comic regime.
