Olsi Rama, “topi i ping-pongut” mes Bardhit dhe Prime Minister

The drug group "Xibraka", the epicenter of news of recent days, was discovered in January 2015, during a police operation assisted by German police agents, where they seized a cache of cocaine worth 100 kg.

Ndërkaq ditën e djeshme (2 prill) Olsi Rama, ka kallëzuar penalisht Bardhin, lidhur me akuzat për përfshirje të tij në njohje dhe favorizim të një grupi kriminal.

Në kallëzimin e tij Olsi Rama thotë se shpifja është bërë për një fabrikim pervers me qëllim manipulimin e opinionin publik, për motive të dobëta politike.

 

 

Në padi theksohet se faktet e paraqitura nga zoti Bardhi, sipas Olsi Ramës janë të pavërteta dhe janë publikuar me qëllim nga kreu i grupit të PD.

“Sot kam depozituar në SPAK kallëzimin për deputetin e paturpshëm Gazmend Bardhi, i cili ka cenuar publikisht nderin dhe dinjitetin tim publik, si individ, prind dhe drejtues i një klubi të mirënjohur futbolli, duke shpikur një lidhje totalisht inekzistente mes meje dhe një grupi trafikantësh të drogës.

Troç fjala këtu s’mund të ketë dy të vërteta dhe ose unë duhet të shkoj në burg si trafikant ose Gazmend Bardhi duhet të ndiqet penalisht dhe dënohet si fabrikues provash në dëmin tim, të fëmijëve të mi, të klubit të futbollit “Partizani”, të miqve të mi dhe të njohurve të mi.”

Kurse kreu i grupit parlamentar të PD, Gazment Bardhi kërkoi interpelancë urgjente me kryeministrin Rama, pas fakteve të publikuara nga demokrati që implikojnë vëllain e kryeministrit në dosjen ‘Xibraka’.

 “Kushtetuta dhe rregullorja të detyron të përfshijë në rendin e ditës interpelancën me Kryeministrin. Sot jam njoftuar publikisht nga Kryeministri, për refuzimin e interpelancës. E keni shndërruar Republikën parlamentare në Republikë kryeministrie. Nuk ka tager ligjor dhe kushtetues që kryeministri të vendosë arsyet dhe temat e thirrjes në interpelancë ashtu siç nuk ka tagër te refuzoje. Kjo është shkelje e hapur kushtetuese”, tha Bardhi.

Përgjigjes së Nikollës e cila tha se “interpelanca nuk parashikon çështje personale”, Bardhi tha se çështja e ngritur nuk ka lidhje me marrëdhënien e Ramës me të vëllain.

Kuvendi i refuzoi Bardhit kërkesën për interpelancë me Ramën dhe ky i fundit, përmes një reagimi në platformën ‘X’, shkruan se kërkesa e Bardhit nuk përkon me qëndrimet dhe veprimtarinë e Këshillit të Ministrave.

Rama thotë se Bardhi duhet të presë SPAK-un që të zbardhë të vërtetën.

"Rregullorja e Kuvendit thotë shprehimisht se, citoj, “interpelanca është kërkesa me shkrim, që i drejtohet kryeministrit, zv.kryeministrit ose çdo anëtari tjetër të kabinetit qeveritar mbi motivet, synimet, qendrimet e Këshillit të Ministrave, lidhur me aspekte te rëndësishme te veprimtarisë se tyre”.

Duke vënë re se akuzat, fabrikimet, fantazitë e një deputeti apo grupi deputetësh, lidhur me familjarët e kryeministrit, zv.kryeministrit ose të çdo anëtari tjetër të kabinetit qeveritar, nuk kanë asnjë lidhje me motivet, synimet, qendrimet e Këshillit të Ministrave, kërkesa për interpelancë  nga deputeti Gazmend B më gjen në pamundësinë e plotë për ta përmbushur.”
