The operation codenamed "Qerek" has led to the arrest of 10 individuals suspected of involvement in an international cocaine trafficking and processing ring.
The drug imported from Latin America was processed in a laboratory discovered in the village of Qerekë in Fushë Kukes.
Also, several houses have been identified and seized in Durres and Tirana, where narcotics were stored.
