Why was the arrest of Cassander Noga 'hidden'? State Police: Requested

The State Police reacted after the arrest of Cassander Noga, the main suspect in the assassination of Erion Hasanbelliu in Belgium on Saturday.

Noga's arrest was reported by the media, but did not refer to a statement from the State Police. In a reaction, police say Noga's arrest in Vienna has not been made public because Belgian police have asked not to appear in the media.

The reason is the operation to apprehend the other person involved in the event.

POLICE REACTION
To clarify regarding the arrest of Cassander Noga.

For every event, arrest, operation, seizure, as well as for suspicions of perpetrators, even when there is no cooperation, again between the State Police and the place where the event or operation took place, there is a correspondence letter, first telephone communications, then official communications coming by email and official letter.

Even in the case of Cassander Noga, the Belgian Police suspect that one of the perpetrators is Cassander Noga, as it is suspected that 2 people are involved in the event and one of them has not been identified yet.

Immediately after the event, a request for cooperation came and the Albanian Police exercised some controls to find this person but it turned out that this citizen had not entered Albania.

Yesterday, after the exchange of information between the Albanian Police and the Belgian Police about the location in Austria of one of the suspected perpetrators, namely the citizen Kasander Noga 45 years old from Patos of Fier, this citizen was arrested in Austria by the Belgian Police, which is working with The Belgian prosecutor's office, to uncover and document this event with legal evidence.

We did not make it public because the Belgian Police did not want to become media because the operation continues to catch the other person involved in this event.
