The number of victims of Covid-19 in our country is increasing.

The Ministry of Health has stated that seven people have lost their lives, while out of 4081 tests, 451 new cases.

The number of patients treated in COVID hospitals has also increased. Currently 242 patients are receiving treatment, of which 22 are in more serious condition.

" 4081 tests have been performed, of which 451 citizens have tested positive for COVID19, in the following municipalities:

227 cases in Tirana, 38 in Fier, 31 in Durrës, 21 in Korçë, 17 in Berat, 12 in Saranda, out of 11 cases in Shkodër, Kavaja, 10 in Pogradec, 9 in Puka, out of 6 cases in Kukës, Krujë, from 5 cases in Lezha, Dibra, Delvina, from 4 cases in Tropoja, Lushnje, Divjaka, from 3 cases in Has, Kamza, from 2 cases in Librazhd, Gramsh, Kuçova, Vlora, Vora, Malësi e Madhe, from 1 case in Mirdita , Kurbin, Mat, Libohovë, Përmet, Tepelena, Kolonjë. 

There are 12,700 active COVID19 patients nationwide.

Currently 242 patients are receiving treatment in COVID Hospitals, out of which 22 are in a more serious condition. Despite the efforts of doctors, in the last 24 hours have not won the battle with COVID19 7 citizens: 2 citizens from Fier aged 49-62 years, 1 citizen 58 years old from Elbasan, 1 citizen 64 years old from Vlora, 1 citizen 70 years old from Kavaja, 1 citizen 78 years old from Tirana, 1 citizen 85 years old from Gjirokastra.

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection expressed its condolences to the families.

"533 citizens have been cured during the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 148,117 since the beginning of the epidemic", announces the Ministry of Health.
