The son of former Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi, Endri has reacted through a post on his official profile, while his father is facing charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity in The Hague.

He writes that no process will be able to tarnish the war of the Kosovo Liberation Army, which according to him, was and will remain forever sacred.

Endri Thaçi says that he believes in international justice and expresses the conviction that no claim, no matter how malicious it may be, can change the glorious history of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

Honorable citizens, dear family members ...

On behalf of the Thaçi family, I thank you all for your support and solidarity in these difficult days for our family.

We are deeply grateful for the great support and unceasing interest you have shown and continue to show for my father, the founder of the KLA, the president of our country.

We are all indignant and upset, but also very convinced that as he has worked and has always known to defend the KLA war, our people and state, together with his comrades will know how to defend it even now in the face these monstrous accusations that are unjustly weighing on them.

No process will be able to tarnish the war of the Kosovo Liberation Army, which was and will remain eternally sacred.

Our family is very proud of the contribution in these three decades of our son, brother, husband and father to freedom, independence and state building.

We believe in international justice and are convinced that no claim, however malicious it may be, can change the glorious history of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
