The prime minister seems to be ignoring such a fact, and immediately after the 22nd protest, Rama shared a video on his profile with a handful of cans left after the protest, accusing citizens of starting "a protest for environmental protection" and ending it "with their own pollution."

"A night in the capital, as the final metaphor of a protest that began for environmental protection and ended with self-pollution," Rama writes alongside the video.

The protest, which Rama has attacked from the beginning, has been peaceful even when the police tried to disperse them with water cannons, sparing mothers with small children in strollers. The protest has remained so despite the repression that the government is exercising with criminal proceedings against citizens who participate. It is remaining civil even in the face of the lynchings that the prime minister is carrying out on social networks with every participant.
