The dynamics of the massacre in Tirana becomes clear, how Dan Hutra killed three women in Paskuqan and Kamzë and wounded 3 others

A serious event has shocked Tirana today where three women were killed and three others were injured by the same hand, in Paskuqan and Kamze.

 "Around 12:30, on the street "Rustem Haklaj", in Kodër-Kamzë, the citizen Dan Hutra, about 40 years old, wounded the citizens Elena Hysa, 35 years old, and Kujtime Hysa, 60 years old (the former cohabitant of his and her mother) and killed the citizens, Mevlute Hysa, 30 years old, (sister of his ex-cohabitant) and Hasime Dafku, 30 years old, (fiancée of the ex-cohabitant's brother) with firearms, the police announced after the crime , while so far details have come to light that have clarified the dynamics of the shocking event.

How did the massacre happen?

It is learned that Hutra entered the apartment where the family members of his former roommate, with whom he also had a 4-month-old daughter, were located and opened fire.

As a result, the ex-wife's sister and her brother's fiancee, namely Mevlute Hysa, 30, and Hasime Dafku, have died.

The sources inform that during the act, the Kalashnikov was blocked by the perpetrator. However, this did not stop him from continuing the attack on women, as he used a knife, with which he injured his ex-wife and her mother.

After this massacre, he went to Kamze, where he executed his other ex-girlfriend, 31-year-old Etleva Kurti, sister of Vladimir Kurti, sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Agim Buci, in the backyard. 

After the crime, he left in his 'Benz c-class' vehicle.

Likewise, before killing his ex-wife's relatives, Dan Hutra first wounded a 40-year-old Marjana Gurakuqi with a knife in Astir.

Hutra had only been released from prison for two weeks, where he had been convicted of domestic violence since 2021. Previously, in the area of ​​Astir, Dan Hutra had wounded his other ex-girlfriend, Marjana Gurakuqi, with a knife. 

The scandal of justice

Dan Hutra, in addition to the murders he committed today, had problems with justice since 2003.

In 2003, he took his sister-in-law hostage and raped the other. Four years later, in 2007, Dan Hutra was convicted after killing his ex-wife Dafina Havalja with a firearm, stabbing her twice in the heart and liver.

"Yes, I killed my wife, Dafina, with a knife. We had a fight and then I hit him, but I did everything unconsciously", Dan Hutra testified at the time, a crime for which he was convicted, but he was released from prison very quickly under suspicious circumstances.

In 2014, he left the cell where he was imprisoned in Drenovë, so he served only 7 years in prison. But the problems continued.

After cohabiting with his second partner, Elena Hysa, Dan Hutra, author of the massacre, was arrested in June 2021 for domestic violence, but was released on February 16, 2023.

Already a few days after leaving the cell, he committed the second massacre. The other big problem is that this man is still at large and armed.
