Not even a year after their father's death, Berlusconi's children sell

The five children of Silvio Berlusconi's heir have decided to sell part of the property that belonged to the former Italian prime minister, who died on June 12, 2023.

A reliable ANSA source reports that Berlusconi's heirs have authorized the sale of Villa Gernetto, an 18th-century building in Lesmo, in the province of Monza and Brianza, where the late Berlusconi wanted to establish a university, media reports said.

The family, however, has no intention of selling the Villa San Martino in Arcoro, near Milan, where Berusconi lived, the source claims.
