Britain's longest hospitalized patient with COVID-19 spent his third Christmas away from his family, but his twin brother still hopes to return home this year. Steve Laviniere, 59, and his twin brother Bobby, both well-known music DJs in London, contracted the virus in March 2020 after playing a concert in Madrid and being put on ventilators.

DJ was put into a coma, caused by a rare neurological condition called Acute Hemorrhagic Leukoencephalitis (AHLE). Bobby claims that people with AHLE do not survive and believes it is a 'miracle' that his brother is still alive. Meanwhile, we recall that the United States of America is imposing restrictions on travelers from China due to the increase in cases of coronavirus. This measure was previously implemented by Japan and Italy, and now America is joining them. In the Asian country, infections have spread rapidly since a few weeks ago, official Beijing decided to ease restrictions against COVID-19 in the wake of mass protests.
