Sam Smith is severely criticized for his performances in the tour, they are called 'satanic' and 'grotesque'

Sam Smith is being criticized online for his "satanic" and "grotesque" final tour performance. The performer - who is non-binary and uses their/them pronouns - was criticized for the show called "Gloria the Tour" following the success of her fourth studio album of the same name. Sam's stage costumes include devil horns and wire crowns. 

Oli London wrote about this on his social network Twitter that:

"Last night Sam Smith performed a satanic show filled with sexual references, fetish clothing, a strip tease and a grotesque impersonation of sex acts on stage while children were in the audience. On stage he performed a strip routine. Is this appropriate for children?"

Another critic on Twitter wrote:

"Sam Smith is a disgusting satanic pervert. Any serious society would give this demon the Old Yeller treatment."

It is not the first time that the "Stay With Me" singer has been criticized for her stage performance this year.

Smith was also criticized for the sexy costumes designed by Christian Cowan in the "I'm Not Here to Make Friends" music video. Some described the footage as "filthy and evil" and accused Smith of "wearing sexuality like a costume and shoving it in everyone's face". The artist's followers were quick to defend the singer, with one fan writing:

"If Sam Smith were thin and straight, they wouldn't be mocked for the way they present themselves and dress."
