Socialist MP: I would gladly go to jail if a vote was bought

The SP MP in Elbasan, Luan Duzha, who failed to secure the mandate, said that he did not buy any votes.

Asked by journalists about the SPAK checks, he denied that his phone had been checked or that they had confiscated it.

Regarding vote buying, Duzha proudly said that he was willing to go to prison, even for one vote.

"It's all a lie, they didn't even search me, they didn't take my cell phone, nothing. If a vote was bought, I'd happily go to jail, that's all, one vote."

"I speak for myself, if a single vote was bought by my people or my friends for me, I would gladly go to jail," declared the socialist MP.
