Speaking in the A2 CNN studio, she said that any judge or prosecutor who violated the law must be held accountable.

"Those who violated the law, prosecutors or judges, without a doubt, must be held accountable."

During the debate with the analyst Lorenc Vangjeli, Malltezi said that we are dealing with a segment of the majority that has used the law as a barricade and cannon against the opposition.

"As a lawyer, would you advise Berisha to choose cooperation and not arrogance in the fight with justice? Political tools and not political weapons? , Vangeli asked.

"I am a person who dreams of establishing a legal normality in Albania where everyone gets what they deserve not only in the letter, but also in the spirit of the law. But we are no longer dealing with a court that applies the law, but with a segment of the judiciary that has used the law as a barricade and cannon against the opposition. I could not have the courage to tell anyone to submit", answered Malltezi, who emphasized that Berisha followed the legal path in the process against him.

"Berisha has not just taken a political stance, but a legal stance in defense of the constitution, but an illegal decision is rejected and opposed in a legal way as we have done. In any case, Berisha has continued with the opposition, he has been a model in terms of the implementation of the law and the constitution, he has followed all the legal paths.

In the case of Berisha, they investigated him for 4 years and found no evidence. Is it possible to put someone under security measures without calling them once and asking them? Berisha has respected the law at every step and SPAK and GJKKO have violated the law at every step. It is true that they have done a wealth investigation.
