The daughter of the leader of the DP Sali Berisha, Argita Malltezi, has published new facts that prove that SPAK has moved from one charge to another for the "Partizani" file, investigating various issues that have been proven to be unfounded.  

The documents show that initially, the investigations were focused on issues such as ownership, the change of destination by Prime Minister Edi Rama and securities, where 90% of them were paid in cash. Also, it was found that there was no involvement in the dissemination plan.

With the failure of these investigations, SPAK has now moved on to the investigation of technical opposition and fire fighting measures for a construction 14 years ago. Malltezi emphasized that the transition from one issue to another without concrete results raises questions about the effectiveness and justice of the investigations.

According to the definition of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi are considered political prisoners. This situation raises questions about the independence of the judicial system and political influence in criminal investigations and prosecutions.

In her press conference, Malltezi said that in the request to extend the investigations beyond the 6-month period, which has currently lasted over 3.5 years, and in the 2-month Diligence Report with thousands of pages, the name of Sali Berisha is not mentioned anywhere. This shows that there are no investigative actions, testimony or evidence against him.

However, the political order seems to prevail over law and reason, raising doubts about the fairness and transparency of the investigative process. This situation emphasizes even more the need for an independent and politically unaffected judicial system.
