"Budget 2025", Bardhi: The money is going to corrupt contracts

The head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazmend Bardhi, has reacted to the discussions on the budget for 2025.

Bardhi described it as a budget that goes to corruption projects.

He says that the government continues and pays for incinerators that do not exist or for corrupt health contracts, although citizens face a lack of medicine.

Full reaction;

Albanians continue to:

- They pay money from the Budget for incinerators, but they have "run away in an unknown direction", incinerators that either do not work or do not exist.

- They pay money from the Budget for corrupt health contracts, but the citizens do not have medicines and services in hospitals.

- They pay money from the Budget for double the cost for road investments that are never completed, meanwhile we have no funds to support the agricultural sector or to carry out investments that help agriculture.

Corruption in central and local government is the only reason why citizens do not receive services, why there is no increase in pensions or funds to support families in need, why there is no real support for farmers and agriculture. 12 years lost with empty promises is a lot of time lost for Albania and Albanians.
