"They come out in foreign cars", Gjin Gjoni: PS keeps armed people,

The Democratic Party candidate in the Lezha district, Gjin Gjoni, accused Socialist Party officials of trying to intimidate voters and buying votes for the May 11 elections.

Speaking on A2 CNN regarding last night's incident, which involved the deputy mayor of Lezha, the head of OSHEE, himself and candidate Ndreca, Gjoni said that with them in the car was a person with a significant criminal record and was armed.

The former judge also called on justice institutions to wiretap persons denounced by him or other democrats for violating the electoral code.

"The problem is in the late hours from local and central leaders or directors who head regional directorates. At night, community workers, the deputy mayor with a car with foreign license plates, with a person released from prison with weapons who managed to leave, were in the apartments of citizens in Kolsh. People in the field are on the lookout for suspicious movements.

It is not normal for the deputy mayor to be out at 11:00 PM in a car with foreign license plates. He cannot be with people with criminal records. We have photos of people who go out at night. Now they have changed their strategy and a car with German license plates has come out, with tax officials in Gjadra.

"I don't understand how leaders can get away with foreign cars when they have their own. These people that we have identified should be put under surveillance. We receive information every day ," said Gjin Gjoni.
