The GJKKO returned today for the second time to the SPAK file on Asllan Dogjani, requesting completion of the investigations.
Dogjani was accused by SPAK of failing to declare assets in relation to an apartment of about 100 square meters. Dogjani himself says that he acquired it as a result of legal advice.
According to the prosecution, Dogjani bought the apartment for around 126 thousand euros, which he paid in cash.
Dogjani previously stated that the complaint against him was filed by builder Ilrijan Çelaj, whom he calls a 'squatter' after previously suing him for robbing the public space in front of the building where he lives by turning it into a paid parking lot.
