The GJKKO passed the "Partizani" file for trial, after several delayed hearings.
The decision was made by special judge Flojera Davidhi.
Part of the investigations in the file are DP leader Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, and businessman Fatmir Bektashi.
