Suspicions of electoral crimes, SPAK and BKH conduct investigations in Elbasan

SPAK and BKH are conducting investigations into electoral crimes in Elbasan.

Currently, evidence, testimony and materials are being collected that could document cases such as vote buying, threats against voters, illegal use of public administration by some mayors for electoral purposes or the involvement of some large businesses as well as structured criminal groups in the electoral process.

Investigative groups are analyzing video footage, electronic communications, and other relevant data with the aim of fully clarifying any case that may constitute a violation of electoral and criminal law.
